In a warm modern conference room with walnut panelling and an oak table, a 724 Builder employee in a black shirt shakes hands with a banker while a colleague in a green shirt and a second banker look on, all smiling. The 724 Builder logo is mounted in raised lettering on a deep navy wall behind them.

Privacy Policy

How 724 Builder collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information from public-site visitors, prospective clients, and Axiom users.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

01 — Scope

One notice for the public site and Axiom.

This Privacy Policy describes how 724 Builder LLC (“724 Builder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through our public website, our forms, scheduling tools, business communications, and Axiom, our client portal.

This notice applies to prospective clients, authorized users of a client organization, and visitors to our public website. It does not replace a client agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or other agreement governing a specific 724 Builder engagement. Where an applicable client agreement addresses project records, confidentiality, retention, or access, that agreement controls to the extent it differs from this notice.

02 — Information we collect

Information depends on how you work with us.

Public website information

When you visit the public 724 Builder website, we and our service providers may collect information such as browser and device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, interactions with site content, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.

Inquiry, quote, and scheduling information

When you contact us, request a quote, schedule a call, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, organization, role, message content, service interest, general project location, and other information you choose to provide.

When you submit one of these forms, we also record the date and time of the submission, the consent language shown to you on the form, the IP address the submission came from, and your browser’s identifying information. We keep these so we can show what was submitted, what you were shown, and when.

A submission also includes how you arrived at the website, such as the page you first landed on, the site or link that referred you, and any campaign tags on that link, along with an approximate location and network owner derived from the IP address. We use this to understand which channels bring inquiries and to respond to them.

Appointments are scheduled through Cal.com. Cal.com receives the information necessary to arrange the appointment, including contact details, selected time, and any booking-form responses.

Axiom account and organization information

When an organization uses Axiom, we may collect and maintain authorized-user information, including name, work email, organization, role, account credentials or authentication identifiers, access permissions, account activity, messages, support requests, and administrative settings.

724 Builder does not ask users to provide bank login credentials, personal account credentials, Social Security numbers, or payment-card information through Axiom.

Client project and assignment information

To provide Draw Inspections, Site Observation Reports, and related services, Axiom may contain project and assignment information submitted by the client or generated through the engagement. This may include project location, project contacts, schedules of values, draw requests, payment applications, source documents, reports, photographs, GPS and date metadata, status history, open items, notes, messages, and audit-history records.

Client organizations should not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the requested service.

03 — How we use information

To operate the service, support the relationship, and improve the experience.

724 Builder uses information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and business communications.
  • Schedule and manage calls, demonstrations, and onboarding conversations.
  • Create and administer Axiom accounts, user permissions, and organization settings.
  • Receive, coordinate, perform, document, and deliver requested field services.
  • Maintain project records, reports, source documents, photographs, messages, and audit history.
  • Send service notices, assignment-status updates, invoices, and transactional communications.
  • Secure our systems, prevent fraud or misuse, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our agreements.
  • Understand how visitors use the public website and measure the effectiveness of marketing.
  • Show relevant 724 Builder advertising to people who have expressed interest in our services, where permitted by applicable law.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, property, and safety of 724 Builder, our clients, and others.

We send marketing emails and similar direct marketing communications only when the person has separately opted in to receive them. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe at any time.

04 — Public-site technologies

We measure the public site.
We do not use advertising or session-replay tools in Axiom.

724 Builder uses cookies, pixels, analytics tools, session-replay technologies, and similar tools on the public website to understand visitor activity, recognize returning visitors, measure campaign performance, improve site usability, and make our marketing more relevant.

These technologies may collect browser, device, IP-address, approximate-location, page-view, referral, interaction, and cookie-identifier information. Some of them use a visitor’s IP address to identify the business or organization associated with the network the visit comes from. They may also help us measure whether a visitor who viewed an advertisement later visits the 724 Builder website.

Session-replay and analytics tools are limited to the public marketing website. They are not used to monitor authenticated Axiom activity or to intentionally capture Axiom records, uploaded project files, reports, photographs, or portal communications.

Google Analytics may be used to understand public-site use. Advertising and analytics providers may also receive limited public-site interaction data necessary to measure and improve 724 Builder marketing. Client project data, Axiom report data, source documents, and authenticated portal activity are not used to create advertising audiences.

05 — How information is shared

We share information to provide the service—not to trade in project data.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate and secure the public website, Axiom, and our business. Depending on the service, these providers may include appointment-scheduling, analytics, advertising, cloud-hosting, database, authentication, file-storage, transactional-email, security, professional-adviser, and legal-compliance providers.

Current examples include Google Cloud for website hosting and database storage, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for understanding how the public website is used, Leadfeeder for identifying the organizations that visit it, IPinfo for looking up the country and network owner of the IP address a form submission came from, Cal.com for appointment scheduling, and Resend for transactional email.

Client organizations and authorized users

Axiom information may be available to the client organization, its authorized administrators and users, and other parties the client authorizes through its account configuration or engagement instructions.

Legal, safety, and business transfers

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Our commitment

724 Builder does not sell client project data, reports, source documents, photographs, or Axiom account data to third parties.

06 — Axiom

The client organization controls its workspace.

Axiom is designed for client organizations to manage project records, requests, reports, communications, and internal access. Authorized client administrators may manage organization users, user roles, project visibility, and permissions.

724 Builder personnel may access Axiom information when necessary to provide services, coordinate assignments, deliver reports, support users, maintain security, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

Axiom is not intended to store credentials for a client’s banking, lending, insurance, or other third-party systems. 724 Builder does not request or retain those credentials.

07 — Retention

We keep records for a purpose—not forever by default.

General business inquiries
We generally retain contact, quote, and scheduling information for up to four years, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or legitimate business purpose.
Text messaging consent records
Where you opt in to text messages, the record of that consent — the disclosure you were shown, the date and time, and the phone number it applied to — is retained on the same four-year schedule, and we keep it after any opt-out. The record is what allows us to show what was agreed to and when.
Axiom accounts, reports, and source documents
Axiom account records, reports, and source documents are retained while the applicable client relationship remains active. Following account closure, retention is governed by the client agreement, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and any legal hold.
Project photographs
Project photographs are retained for at least three years from capture. After that period, they may be deleted under the applicable retention schedule unless a longer period is required by agreement, law, regulation, dispute, audit need, or legal hold.
Backups
Information may remain in secure backup systems for a limited additional period until those backups are rotated or overwritten.

08 — Security

Access should match responsibility.

724 Builder uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These measures include access controls, role-based permissions, authentication safeguards, restricted internal access, and service-provider controls appropriate to the systems we operate.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients and authorized users are responsible for protecting their account credentials, managing their internal users, and promptly notifying 724 Builder of suspected unauthorized access.

09 — Your choices

You can ask about information associated with you.

Marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us at privacy@724builder.com. Transactional, service, account, and security communications may continue when necessary.

Privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal information associated with you. To submit a request, contact privacy@724builder.com.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, regulatory, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

Client-organization requests

If your information is included in a client organization’s Axiom workspace or project record, that organization may be best positioned to address the request. We may coordinate with the client organization as appropriate under the applicable agreement.

10 — Additional terms

Built for U.S. business users.

Children

Our public website, services, and Axiom are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 18 years old to enter into an agreement for 724 Builder services.

U.S.-based business use

724 Builder services are intended for U.S.-based business users. We do not market our services to organizations outside the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, legal obligations, or business practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through Axiom, email, or another appropriate method.
