Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the 724 Builder website, submitting a form, scheduling a call, or using Axiom, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, Axiom, or any optional text-messaging program.

Website information and no engagement

The website provides general information about 724 Builder, our services, service areas, and our approach to independent construction field documentation. It is not legal, lending, insurance, engineering, architectural, accounting, construction-management, or safety advice.

Submitting a contact, pricing, scheduling, or other website form does not create an inspection engagement. A project is accepted only after 724 Builder confirms the assignment under an applicable agreement or written authorization.

Our Scope & Responsibility Statement explains the limits of our field documentation services. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Axiom accounts and authorized use

Axiom is 724 Builder’s client portal for requesting services, tracking assignments, reviewing reports and project history, managing documentation, and communicating with our team.

Organizations are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account and project information.
• Keeping account credentials secure.
• Assigning appropriate access to their internal users.
• Promptly removing access for users who are no longer authorized.
• Using Axiom only for legitimate business purposes related to their organization’s work with 724 Builder.

Client administrators may manage their organization’s users and access permissions. 724 Builder may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of Axiom.

Inspection engagements and client agreements

A specific Draw Inspection, Site Observation Report, post-loss construction observation, or other assignment is governed by the applicable client agreement, engagement confirmation, approved quote, and assignment materials.

Those documents control the scope, fee, timing, deliverables, access requirements, and any project-specific terms. If they conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that assignment.

724 Builder provides independent field observations and documentation. We do not make funding, lending, coverage, reserve, claim, construction, design, code-compliance, safety-compliance, or project-management decisions.

Permitted use and intellectual property

The website, Axiom, report formats, written content, branding, design, software, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to 724 Builder LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use reports and portal materials only as permitted by the applicable engagement and for your organization’s internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, or publicly display 724 Builder materials except as authorized.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or Axiom.
• Use 724 Builder materials to create or support a competing service.
• Remove ownership, attribution, confidentiality, or proprietary notices.
• Misrepresent a 724 Builder report as having been prepared by another person or organization.

Report reliance is limited as stated in the applicable engagement and the Scope & Responsibility Statement.

Third-party tools and links

724 Builder uses third-party services to operate its website and Axiom, including scheduling, communications, payment, hosting, storage, and public-site analytics. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

724 Builder is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s applicable terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work to keep the website and Axiom useful, secure, and available. However, they are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 724 Builder does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that website information will always be complete or current.

Nothing on the website creates a warranty, representation, or obligation beyond the terms of a signed client agreement. The limitations, disclaimers, and reliance provisions in the Scope & Responsibility Statement apply to 724 Builder reports and services.

Text messaging terms

724 Builder Text Messaging Program

If you separately opt in, 724 Builder may send text messages related to:

• Follow-up regarding a submitted inquiry, quote request, or scheduled call.
• Information about 724 Builder services and marketing updates.
• Appointment reminders and confirmations.
• Optional Axiom project, assignment, and report-status notifications.

Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiry, scheduled appointments, assignment activity, and the notification preferences you select in Axiom.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining 724 Builder services. Consent for marketing messages is collected separately from consent for optional Axiom service or project-status notifications.

You may opt in through an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on an eligible 724 Builder form or through your Axiom notification settings. You must provide a valid mobile number and affirmatively choose to receive messages.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any 724 Builder text message to stop receiving text messages from 724 Builder. You may also adjust optional project-notification preferences in Axiom where available.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your mobile carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside 724 Builder’s control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, Axiom, legal requirements, or messaging programs change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of the website, Axiom, or an optional messaging program after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any project-specific agreement may include additional governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions that control for that engagement.
