Construction Site Observation Reports

A Site Observation Report is a dated, GPS-verified record of the work, materials, and conditions observable at a project site on a specific day. It is not tied to a draw request, schedule of values (SOV), or funding recommendation—making it useful for insurance or bonding review, portfolio monitoring, or independent verification of observable progress outside a draw cycle. Order one before funds are distributed, between scheduled draws, when a file needs a current field record, on a recurring or random cadence, or anytime your team needs an independent view of the site.

    Provide the project location, requested timing, report recipient, authorized access contact, and the purpose of the observation. The assignment may be tied to a loan, claim, bonding matter, portfolio review, or another internal file.

  2. We confirm the scope and access

    We confirm what your team needs documented and coordinate access through an authorized project-side contact. If access is limited, the report clearly identifies what could and could not be observed.

  3. We observe and document the site

    During the authorized visit, we document visible work, materials, construction activity, general site conditions, and relevant access limitations. Photographs are dated and GPS-verified.

  4. Your team receives the report

    Site Observation Reports are delivered through Axiom and available for PDF export, typically within 96 hours after authorized access is coordinated. When timing requires it, a 72-hour rush option may be available and is confirmed before the assignment begins.

A Draw Inspection compares a payment request and related line items with work and materials observable at the site. A Site Observation Report does not require a draw request or schedule of values. It documents current project conditions on a particular day.
Can we order one without a draw request?

Who sets the timing for a site visit?
